Our commitment
At Grupo LARA, respect for the organization's values, ethical principles, internal policies and standards is a top priority.
The compliance program is carried out through periodic audits that ensure an ethical culture and legal compliance. The initiative includes an internal compliance committee, employee training and corporate governance practices aligned with our ESG commitments and the fight against corruption.
The program was launched in 2020 in partnership with A.C Freitas Advogados Associados. The group provides its conduct guidelines in accessible materials for employees and other stakeholders.
